Our shipping rates to the UK are dictated by the delivery postcode. Please see below for a guide. The actual rate will be set in the shopping basket. Note, all prices shown on this website exclude VAT. VAT will be added in the shipping basket.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Group 1 - UK England/Wales. £9.50 – Typically Next Working Day delivery – Flat rate – Conditions apply
Group 2 - Southern Scotland & Aberdeen. £13.50 – Typically Next Working Day delivery – Flat rate – Conditions apply
Group 3 - Scottish Highlands. £30.50 – 2 to 3 Working Day delivery – Flat rate – Conditions apply
Group 4 - Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, IOM, Isles of Scilly. Please contact us for assistance
Any Other Location Sorry, we do not ship outside of the regions shown above at this time.
SHIPPING GUIDE
All UK destinations are charged a Flat Rate per consignment so whatever size your order the shipping cost stays the same. However, we reserve the right to increase this flat rate should a substantial order be required. This will be dictated by our chosen couriers for your delivery location, and any Weight/Volume limit they may have - so there is a possibility we will need to contact you for an extra shipping payment if necessary, see Conditions below.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE GREAT BRITAIN's TAX ZONES (EG CHANNEL ISLANDS)
EORI Number / VAT Number / PID Number
If you have an EORI Number, a VAT Number or a PID Number you must include them when registering your address details with us. These numbers are vital for our Couriers to be able to expedite your order through customs in a timely manner.
Business Customers
EORI – If you are in Northern Ireland you have an EORI number, if you are in the Channel Islands you do not need one unless you use an HMRC system like CHIEF.
CONDITIONS
Delivery schedules above, although usually accurate, cannot be guaranteed and apply to orders placed before 2:00pm where goods are in stock. Orders are shipped on weekdays only and are shipped when they are complete. If there are items that need to be ordered in from our supplier's delivery can take up to 5 working days, any longer and we will advise you of the lead time.
Next Working Day delivery is now offered as standard to group 1 customers subject to those conditions. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to conditions out of our control, eg adverse weather, traffic, etc.
Due to the huge variety in weight and size of our filter products, the wildly differing and fluctuating shipping costs and the fact that courier companies charge by volume as well as by weight these days, it is impossible for our website to calculate the exact freight charge for every order. On top of this certain areas can be very expensive to ship to, so we reserve the right to change our broad-based shipping charges if so affected. In these instances, we will contact you by email to arrange any further payment.
Shipping charges are separate from the actual price of the goods ordered.
